the rates .
They charge you for hidden charges that they never told you about.
They promise to hold a certain amount of money in reserve
Then withdraw additional money through out the year,
Without even notifying you.
Their customer service stinks, you can never get a hold of anyone.
The only way to communicate with them is though email
And hope they answer back.
They wind up holding more money then you make in reserve, then say they cant give it back until you close the account.
When you close the account they STEAL a percentage of the money for their pockets and you have to wait 6-8 months till you get any money.
